“Be careful, this is not a WAGYU BBQ restaurant !”
We were approached by a guy on the street outside the building. We were told they had wagyu beef, Matsusaka beef. Based on the info, we agreed and were brought to the 8th floor. When they served the beef, it was not wagyu, it was low qualIty meat. We think the info given to us was not correct, m...isleading information regarding wagyu beef !!! The place also allows smoking which is not suitable for family with kids.

“Bad service and no wagyu”
We made our reservations on klook for wagyu buffet but were not impressed. The restaurant was on the 8th floor and accessed through an elevator. Do note that you are in the restaurant once you step out of the elevator. A chinese waitress was at the reception and was clueless when we showed her our r...eservation printout and she did not seem to understand English. Another waiter who we presume was of higher position and understood English saw our printout and instantly showed us to be seated. You could choose between dining table and the traditional tatami mat seats. We were served a plate of mixed meats, a large bowl of salad and kimchi at the start while we were browsing the menu. We seriously doubted that the meats were wagyu but we ate anyway. We did not have a pleasant time ordering through the chinese waitress as she did not understand English and even had difficulties understanding our hand signals and pointing of the menu. As we were busy grilling and eating, she even brought us 2 bowls of what appeared to be seaweed soup even though we did not placed any order in that time span. She simply came, put the bowls down and left without a word. We called her over and told her we did not order the soup and she brought them away. Overall, the food was edible, service not good and not worth the price as we felt there was no wagyu at all. Hope they can improve.

“Korean BBQ place in Shibuya”
We agreed to go up to this restaurant when the representative approached our group promoting Yakiniku. The place was full and super smokey, they have english menu of all u can eat bbq for 90 minutes. There was an english speaking indian crew who was extremely rude and dishonest, we were short change...d on eating time and overcharged beers which did not come. We were not given the type of beef that we ordered and they just delivered mix platter of pork, chicken and god knows what everytime we tried to order top up of beef. Will recommend readers to avoid this place

“stay away, shameful customer service experience”
picture eating your meal with the family, being rushed to finish eating because the time to shut down shop was near. arrived the with my family around 2230 from tokyo site seeing, so we were tired and hungry. we were offered the all you can eat option for 90 mins, which was perfect because we had e...nough time to complete our meal. around 2330 our server notifies us for last call which we requested a little more to eat. 5 mins later server drops off our check, noted. another 5 mins gone the server asks for us to pay the bill because they were trying to close. ok that was fine so i handed the payment. 2 mins later server comes back and start taking the plates off the table, mind the we are not done eating, in the middle of me placing food in my mouth the server takes my food right in front of me, which is one of the rudest thing anyone can do, special being in the food service industry. after i tell the server how that was the most disrespectful thing you can do, he replies that they were closing and doing what he has to do. i shook my head in disappointment and said you are in a FOOD SERVICE industry, this is not the way you treat your customers. he shrugs his shoulders not giving a care about what he did. shame on the server and gyumaru. my kids were with me thank goodness or it would have been a very bad exchange.
