“Great crab experience”
Staff helpful and bilingual. Use the phone to order and celebrate crab with multiple ways of preparation. Grilled, tempura, crab sushi, and the gratin were amazing in the omakase. Raw crab was not my favorite but glad I tried it. Splurge a little and enjoy Tokyo taxes and tip included. Great space l...arge restaurant.

“Good Food, HORRIBLE Service”
I love Kani Doraku. I ate at the one in Okayama last year, and then came to the Ginza location because I was in Tokyo. Right away, I was appalled at how unfriendly the staff were. They all pretended not to speak any English when we heard them speaking English to other tables. 5 star quality food (mi...nus a few really chewy pieces of crab, unlike last time) but because of the horrific service (Okayama had FANTASTIC service), I am giving this a 2 star.

“Kani (Crab) In every style!”
Love love love crab especially in japan, with the variety and multiple styles of cooking including sashimi. Our family of three wanted to have this for Jan 1, New Year’s Day, unfortunately restaurant was closed that day, we managed to have lunch there the next day. We ordered three different cra...b Kaiseki (multi course) sets which ranges from crab sashimi, crab tempura, crab sushi, crab shabu shabu, snow crab and king crab, complemented with a great bottle of Ume sake. There is no single dish that’s not made well, service is excellent, in comfortable seating and ambience. A great cuisine finale to our last day in Tokyo! Be careful though of the sharp crab claws, my nephew took home a souvenir of “handiplast” index finger, this must be a frequent occurrence, the service staff didn’t blink an eye when shown the finger and produced a couple of handiplast for nephew, one for the finger and a second, just in case.

“Awesome food and service ”
Such a serene place to have dinner. I enjoyed everything and the people who serve are very friendly and welcoming even though they don’t know any English they communicate well with body language. Beautiful ladies in Kimono served the food. Recommend for any body to have a fantastic time together
