“Bad customer service at Roppongi Branch”
Very bad customer service at their Roppongi Branch. The manager and staff spent the first 30 minutes of our reservation time counting the number of people in our group (we were 15) and making sure of the age of each kids. Even when we started the buffet dinner, they were checking the headcount. T...he churrasco arrived at slow pace and I dont think we got the value for our money. I prefer their Ebisu Branch.

“Overcooked”
Quite empty, most likely attributed to the Corona virus, nevertheless they were open and I chose it because frankly it was closer to where I was at the time. Upon arriving there were only 3 other tables with people. The salad bar/ carb bar was a bit underwhelming. Once the food starting coming... the food was over cooked as seen in the picture. Although I can get as much as I wanted it was too dry; probably because they weren't going through it. Gotta be hard to operate with people keeping indoors Bill was about 4,000 yen for lunch on the weekend

Reservation can be made online without paying first. You can still adjust your wished in the restaurant. Free buffet included offering a lot. Good salads and dressings, other latin dishes, tea coffee juices. Abundance of different meats passing by continuously. Just flip the coin from green to red o...nce you have had enough. Or start again by flipping to green once more. Foreign staff can speak English, also English menu. Two hours maximum but thats is more than enough. Meat was grilled perfectly. Only thing is there could have been some different barbq sauces.

“Offered a table outside in the rain while inside was empty....”
We had just arrived in Tokyo after a cruise I believe you need to book all restaurants before you arrive I'm not fully sure. I had googled this place and we walked around the restaurant was empty but we were not allowed to go, told we could only have out side seating which it was also raining so we... left. The lady on the door wasn't very friendly

“Brazilian BBQ”
I had always like the Brazilian stile BBQ. I was not desapointed here. Yes they are a little pricey but not more than usual. Meets were great and the salad buffet excellent. I will go back any time.
