India Ryori Restaurant TAJ NIKKO

This is a classic Indo restaurant and I'm thrilled to find it. All the foods you crave and desire are here and are made with incredible culinary sophistication. I tend to always order the sagg curry and a big salad, but I've sampled all the other curries and naans that my table mates eat. I love t...he naan filled with spices and nuts. I always take one with me to snack on in the car. I must visit in Nikko.

Great food here at Taj Nikko! We went for the curry set where you had a choice of two small curries and went for the butter chicken and mutton curry. Both delicious! Portion sizes were big so great value for money.

As New Zealanders in Japan, we have found it hard to find a good butter chicken and naan that tasted similar to what we enjoy back home. Well this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The portion was very good value for the price. We ordered the cheese garlic naan, it was so delicious but so big w...e could have shared it between the two of us. The butter chicken was delicious and good heat. We would highly recommend eating here if you’re after an authentic Indian curry. Atmosphere and staff were very good too.
