“Excellent Indian food, I definitely recommend the biryani and the butter chicken”
Went with my family for a special dinner, this restaurant is very close to my apartment in Nishi-Kasai. We selected the salad, then the mixed grill appetizers, naan, chicken biryani and 3 curries, spinach with cheese, chick pea and butter chicken. Everything was excellent, but the main stars were th...e biryani and butter chicken. The biryani had a lot of flavor, the yogurt sauce on the side really complimented the dish. It was the first time I saw actual melted butter on a butter chicken, and it really added richness to the dish. Not as cheap as other Indian recipes in Nishi Kasai, but very good quality. I will be coming back.

“Legit Indian Food”
The restaurant doesn't look that good inside, but the food here is really good and affordable. The staff here appear to be Indian as well, and spoke better English than Japanese as well. Curry was tasty and not overly spicy (although they do have spicier types).

“Great Indian Food...”
Spice Magic Calcutta is one of the few restaurants in Tokyo to give flavor of real indian taste. They have mouth watering Tandoori Chicken and Mango Lassi is delicious. Staff is cordial, Service is good. Mutton biryani is also highly recommended.
