“Oily and spicy, but OK (with an unpleasant surprise)”
That was a fun experience. I meet two guys here who were in Tokyo for work for dinner, so it wa not my choice. The food was nothing special, they also had easy to order dishes on a menu with pictures. Cuisine is spicy and oily, the place is not receiving an award for cleanliness for sure. I went to ...the toiled and found a little "souvenir" on the floor, perhaps someone who did not make it to the WC in time and then trumped on his own mishap. Well...that happens, I even did not bather to tell the staff, but thinking back, that was not exactly a pleasant experience.
