Ordered 3 drinks and only one came within an hour. They were sorry but we still didn't get out drinks and the elevator broke down so we had to walk down 6 floors...

I'm not particularly into maids or otaku-culture, but I really wanted to experience a maid café in Japan. I was fully aware what would awaited me there. If you are not ready to follow certain rules or converse with the maids then you shouldn't go to a maid café. You would just feel awkward if you do...n't allow yourself to get carried away in the mood. Go with an open mind, be kind to the maids and get into the mood to enjoy yourself. I felt that I was treated well. I ordered a simple drink, which was good and I left the place with souvenirs (photo with a maid and a keychain).

This place is something from the dark ages. Young girls are made to dress like French maids, jump up and down and act like young teenagers and then dance with sexualized dance moves when a customer orders them to dance. Perhaps not surprisingly, most of the customers were men. Sickos. This plac...e sets women’s lib back 50 years.

Maidreamin Akihabara Honten offers a memorable maid cafe experience. The energetic show, performed by the maids, adds to the lively atmosphere. The delicious parfaits are a treat for the taste buds. Despite it being a busy Sunday, the queue moved quickly. However, our seating next to a wall hindered... visibility of the stage, which was disappointing. Nevertheless, the overall experience was enjoyable and worth a visit.
