“Delicious Italian in quiet neighborhood on edge of Shinjuku”
Delicious food, good service, fair price. We walked past and one of the specials caught our eye. Did not regret stopping in. Loved the matcha cheesecake too. We wanted to go again but they closed for holidays. If you are looking for a great Italian restaurant do not hesitate to choose Fungo. Book... a reservation to ensure a table

“Home away from home in Tokyo”
A home away from home in Tokyo. We dined at the restaurant twice on our visit to Japan, and experienced fabulous food, excellent service in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend this restaurant.

“Last night in Tokyo”
We had a few weeks in japan and love the Japanese food. But on our last night we were tired and wanted something nearby. We found ourselves at fungo dining. The staff were lovely and as we speak Australian English we did manage to convey that we enjoyed our meal very much. Very generous serves. Wel...l executed and a good wine list. Decor is interesting a bit industrial a bit comfy lounge. Very enjoyable. If you’re in Shinjuku. Go!

“Perfect Italian”
This is more European style than Asian but still with the Japanese high service and quality. Nice bistro style ambiance, very friendly and good service and supergood food both meat and pasta especiallly pasta with parma and wasabi 10/10. Easygoing with solid quality. Highly recommend.
