“Hidden gem, hard to find but delicious Turkish food”
Eating too big a breakfast and then lunch, so wanted a light meal tonight. Decided to go to Turkish restaurant near our hotel. One we called for reservations didn’t answer phone. So called and got reservation at this one. Cab driver had hard time finding it. In a small alley a block from the river a...nd difficult to find. It’s a hole in the wall—3 tables and a 4 barstool counter. But the food was delicious!! The meze platter and a crepe with spinach and cheese were excellent. The owner gave us soup and tea gratis. Very nice friendly people including a half-American college student waiting on tables part time. Total cost $37.50. If you are looking for a really good Turkish meal at low cost and can find this place, definitely try it!

“One of the best Turkish restaurants that I have visited in Japan”
I actually happened to find this restaurant when I’m seeking a Turkish food using a web search. It was small restaurant but dishes were full-blown Turkish style and so delicious! I must visit here again in the near future.

“Our first experience of Turkish cuisine”
We visit this restaurant to have humms. Here is located at Ishikawa cho close to JR station. Restaurant is very cute and decorated by Turkish lamps and tiles. We ordered four kinds of dips for appetizer vegetable salad with cheese and churrasco. Of course everything tastes good and especially we fav...orite appetizer hummus, tomato taste dip, eggplant and spinach dip. I asked chef how to cook hymns and he kindly taught us. However you get humms to go. We would like to visit Istanbul same day.

“Gem of a restaurant in Yokohama”
Delightful little restaurant serving homestyle Turkish food. The hummus was freshly-made, bread was warm and crispy. The stuffed and roasted eggplant was delicious and the kofta was crisp on the outside and incredibly tasty. Everything we ordered was well-made and delectable, from the soup starters ...to the chewy ice cream. The owner/cook/server was also very kind, polite, and friendly. We will definitely be back!
