“Indian restaurant with terrible service”
This is a small Indian Restaurant in Hakone. They are extremely inflexible. Menu is very small and most items available in an Indian Restaurant was not available. The quality of food was average The service is very very poor and something should be seriously done by the restaurant

“Thoroughly Professional”
Refreshingly, the guy was thoroughly professional. Took orders crisply and delivered crispier. Knew his limitations and took orders accordingly. Delivered advisory perfect. Really nice experience of Indian food

“Friendly staff”
We went searching for this restaurant as this was the only one serving vegetarian Indian food. The ambience is good and the staff very friendly and polite. The food was served hot and fresh. We were the only ones on a Friday afternoon , so was a bit concerned. The naan was freshly made. The yoghurt ...was comparable to the best. The rice was the Japanese sticky rice. One of the vegetables and the dal tasted a bit too sweet and was average. The spicy vegetable tasted okay but was too oily. The staff made up for all this and were very attentive. The quality of the food served also was good. A nice place to sit and watch the world go by. It is right opposite the Lalique museum and the bus stop is next door. Would recommend definitely.The portions were copious so order with care.

“Close before time”
We reached 40 mins before time but it was close. The staff said that it was not good weather so we close earlier!!! I don't think that it's right way of giving service! How ever any Restaurent normally it's service comes first but here it looks like their convenient comes first!
“Unfrendliest restautant in japan”
Completely unfriendly and bad attitude of the wait staff, we walk in 15 minutes before the last order which was at 1.45 pm and the firat thing we were tild is we had a macimum of half an hour. On agreeing to order the waiter immediately changws his mind and says his order time is closed, very rude..... Eating fiid at such a place is harmful to ones health.. Aviid like anolage and be warned that your business is not welcome in this othewrlise very very friendly country.. This place is a shame and the owners would donwell to review the attitude of the staff
