“It is a long-established spaghetti specialty restaurant.”
It is located on a semi-basement floor of the Shinjuku Center Building. It is the famous “Aru Den Tei” for spaghetti lovers. The pasta is cooked to order and, as the name of the restaurant suggests, is al dente. No matter which menu item you order, you will never be disappointed. If you want to eat ...delicious spaghetti, this is the place to go!

“Here “Al dente” is not just phrase but reality”
Perfect Italian pasta made with Japanese perfection. There are the traditional ones but several authentic ones as well

“Surprisingly good!”
Located in a building with shops & other restaurants. Not hard to find the building, but hard to find the restaurant as it is upstairs. Small without much seating-wasn’t too busy for dinner; suspect it would be busy at lunch. Food was quite good with decent sized portions. You have the option of get...ting larger portions-we were satisfied with what we had as the standard portion. House red wine was quite good. Service was friendly. Overall, a very pleasant meal.

“Great Italian in the heart of Shinjuku”
Great food and excellent service. Very reasonably priced too, close to Shinjuku Station. Takes some finding though. Well worth seeking out.

“You won’t be disappointed!”
This was the best pasta I have ever had. We went here a few days in a row because we wanted something familiar and we were also surprised how much better it was than anything we had ever had in the states. I wish I knew the recipes to make at home. The sauces were hearty, rich, and creamy, and the ...pasta was a perfect al dente. I wish they did it like this in the states.
