“You can't resist the aroma from this place”
I had passed by this place many times and the smell when they are grilling burgers is wonderful. Finally tried a cheeseburger yesterday. The flavor was great but I found the texture of the meat patty wasn't ideal. I think they just grind the beef in Japan differently than I am accustomed to in th...e US. Often in Japan, when I eat hamburgers, the meat patty will have some parts that are chewier than the rest. I am guessing it's a coarser grind. The toppings were fresh and the bun was really notable; seemed freshly baked.
