“An OK burger and fries”
Visited 2018-08-05 at 1320. Had a double ShackBurger, double burger, single ShackBurger, Shack Cago dog beef, two regular fries, four regular ice teas, vanilla shake, and chocolate shake = 7019¥. Venue was crowded, loud, and we had to wait > 20 minutes to obtain seating before ordering. ShackBurgers... had too much sauce. Burger taste was just OK, but nothing special. Fries had little taste. Shakes were too sweet. Iced teas were good. Staff was professional and friendly. English menus are available as you enter the ordering line.

“Overpriced & Slow”
I ordered burger and chips to take inside the dome. Due to the baseball game, overall almost all shops were busy but Shake Shack was relatively less busy. It took long to prepare and staff seemed not to trained well. I enjoyed the chips but burger was just ok. They should have considered that man...y customers bring foods inside but by the time foods especially burger were consumed, it was too mushy. I would rather buy fried noodle inside than getting burger again. Overall, I have to say it is overpriced burger!
