“Tasty quick meal near the Ebisu station”
If you are coming from or going to the Ebisu station and need to have a quick meal, this is a good place. Easy ordering, even if your Japanese isn't that good, friendly staff, good seating and tasty food.

“I hate you.”
You guys didn’t get me and my girlfriend our burgers and her Chicken Burger bevaude you didn’t answer the phone. So we don’t like you anymore. Coming when you guys open :)))

“Soggy Burger”
Refusing to wait 2hr for a Shake Shack back home I decided to give it a try here. It was a disappointment. We were shown to a table after we placed order and got the beeper. The chilli burger I got was soggy, dripping wet. The patty tasted like it’s made from frozen beef. The mushroom burger was ok..., nothing exceptional. Crinkle fries were like cardboard, not fresh from the fryer. The craft beer was so so. The burger and craft beer in Takashimaya Annex, Nihombashi was so much better.

“Great Burger in Tokyo!”
We visited the Shake Shack in Tokyo, and it was outstanding! Great food and great outdoor seating! We had a group of 14, including vegans, and the food options and service was terrific.

“Elevated burger joint”
I have shack shake once in a while as a casual dinner. Beats other fast food as service is much better, plus they have wine, beer/ale, and root beer
