“rude employee”
terrible food expensive and rude employee could not even seat and eat , crowded and loud could not seat and eat , he suggested seat in the sidewalk with family

There is absolutely nothing to fault with this place! The buns are fluffy soft, the patties are extremely delicious, fries crispy. We were in burger heaven!!

“Nothing to write home about, but ok”
We were off of a cruise ship and touring the area. It got to be lunchtime and we needed a bite to eat. We went to the Shake Shack because it was nearby. We got burgers and soft drinks, but no shakes. The food was ok.

“Mediocre food & service”
I’ve been to Shake Shack around the world but this was the least enjoyable. Slow service... Luke warm food... And a little undercooked too. Very expensive! ( I know Japan is generally) but it simply doesn’t justify.

“Good Burger Fix”
My family loves the burgers and fries. Price on the high end but quality is good. Can get crowded during the weekends and peak mealtimes. Need to order food before getting a seat
