“My favorite”
To all ramen lovers, I definitely would recommend this restaurant. The ingredients are checked thoroughly of it’s quality and checked for radiation as well. The Shoyu ramen is clear, and yet has depth in its flavor. The roast pork is also soft tender and tasty. They also have donburi (rice bowl...) with the roast pork “chashu” on it, so good. But I love the Gomamiso Tantanmen the most. Thick flavor of miso and sesame seed. A bit spicy that is what keeps us wanting more and more. The meat on the ramen is delicious too. The restaurant has a special menu every month. My favorite is the December menu. The creamy oyster sesame miso ramen. It’s creamy, delicious and although I hate winter, the dish makes me long for winter to come.
