“Awesome ramen anytime of the day”
This was the only restaurant in Tokyo that i visited more than once. even though the queue is long most of the time but it's worth the wait. if the queue starts from outside the staircase, you'd probably have to wait at least 45mins. Just go for their Ichiran Select 5 set menu if you're visiting for... the first time.

“Good taste, 1 window table, queuing”
We visited this place on Sunday afternoon when every single restaurant full. We were queuing about 40 minutes, but it’s worth it that the ramen was so good!!. But the portion was quite small. Before we had the table, we are given 1 paper to be filled out about our serve preference. It’s interesting ...that they provide 1 window dining table for 1 person and we just hang our bag or things on the wall behind our seat 😁. We had our own drink on table.

“Ramen at Ichiran Shibuya Spain-zaka Branch”
This Ichiran branch is lesser known than the one over at the Iwamoto Building. I came at around 11 AM and there was no queue! I was the fourth person in the main dining area (but the area was already full when I left). I ordered the “Ichiran Select 5” which I assume would be the the special set. I s...at myself on the booth right at the end and waited. I didn’t wait long and there was a waitress (whose face I couldn’t see) who took my ticket stub. There was a checklist for your ramen preferences (e.g., noodle texture, green onions, spice level, etc.). After 3-4 minutes my ramen was served, with the ingredients separate on another bowl (egg, seaweed, pork). I thoroughly enjoyed this tonkotsu ramen, it was tasty and rich and I enjoyed it quietly in a little booth hahah! The pork serving was generous as well as the green onions (I like green onions!). Ichiran is open 24 hours so it’s a nice go-to place for ramen. Will definitely come back here the next time I’m in Japan.

“RAMEN”
I came to Japan, I thought that I would not eat ramen after all, I went to Ichiru in New York. The price is very reasonable. Of course the taste is good!
