Sushi Minowa

Mr. Minowa was an amazing host, very detailed about his craft and very accommodating. He named every piece of sushi as delivered to me and every guest in my company. He always cleaned his hands and preparation area as well as my sushi plate after each one. Although I didn’t speak Japanese, the entir...e staff, especially Tsukumo was friendly and polite for the entire Omakase period. I’m happy to be the 1st to write a review and add pictures.
