They took too long to bring our order in and people who came in after got their meal before us. We have been waiting for over an hour

A lovely location with a large decking over looking the Sumida river. We stayed at the hotel that this is attached to. Staff were very nice although we had a little trouble understanding how the menu worked as they have drink offers but this has to be accompanied by one of the platters which have to... be ordered in advance. We think!!!! The food we had was good quality. They have there own brewery and the beers are good quality although quite expensive even by Tokyo standards. You can get a sample tray of 6 beers which is quite good value.

We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and decided to have a quick beer after check in. The staff aren’t were not very attentive and we found the beer to be expensive and a little sour tasting. We decided to give it another go and arrived for dinner later that evening. The weather was lovely, so w...e decided to sit on the huge deck for dinner, only to be told that we could only use their takeaway menu while dining on the deck (only a very small selection of food), so we had to sit inside. We ordered the fish and chips and grilled shrimp (which was on the specials menu). The shrimp came out as an appetiser and the fish and chips was large in size but so oily! The menu offered was very expensive and again staff not attentive. I then decided to order a takeaway coffee (cafe latte) the next morning on our way out, and could barely even drink it as it was extremely hot. I removed the lid to let it cool down and accidentally spilt it on my hand, which burnt me! I went back to ask for some ice for my hand and some cold water for the coffee. The staff again not very helpful and didn’t really care that I had hurt myself. I think the the staff really need to be trained how to make coffee in the correct way - boiling the milk is not right! Overall - a terrible experience at this establishment!

Good selection of barbecue in the evening. The restaurant itself on the 2nd floor of the Share Hotels Lyuro Kiyosumi and has a good view of the river.

I did not stay at the Lyuro hostel and still went here purposefully to chill one afternoon and enjoy the great view of the Sumida River. When I got here it was between 2-4 pm so there was no food on offer so I purchased a latte and just sat outside for an hour or so. It was quiet and the weather was... nice. Will come back when I make a trip to Tokyo again next time to try their food.
