“Good sit-down restaurant at Tsukiji outer market”

We stumbled upon this restaurant while wandering around the Tsukiji outer market. Enjoyed the whitebait tempura appetizer. The sushi chef had a very fresh cut of chutoru medium fatty tuna available, so he recommended that over the very fatty otoru, which was frozen. The deep fried horse mackerel, wh...ich is served from 8am to 10am only, was just okay.
