I've been here with my family and had a five varieties of Wagyu course. The meat was seasoned and grilled at the table by the waitress; it was delicious and extremely juicy. We particularly appreciated the maki rosu cut (ribeye lip), so we got an additional course exclusively made of that. The check... was surely pricey, but the meat was of the highest quality and it generally was the best yakiniku we ever had.

Restaurant run by Mr. Dan and he may assist BBQ sliced beef for the best taste. You should ask Dan-san to BBQ Chateaubriand Steak at your table, and he is happy t...o serve you. This restaurant also serve 18 years old Yamazaki whiskey as well as one of the most smooth Japanese shochu (a bit like a volka) Heizo. 霜降り肉を焼肉で食べるなら、このお店をお薦めします。 アメリカからの友人は、このお店の焼肉の質や食べ方、味にひたすら感動していました。これまでの牛肉の固定観念（アメリカはさしの無いアンガスビーフ）を完全に上回ったそうです。 高級なお肉は、店主の「だん」さんが、テーブルに来てくれて、的確に焼いてくれます。このお店の岩塩やわさびのこだわりもうれしいです。 西武新宿駅から徒歩1分です。
