“Real ramen that scratches that itch.”
Under new management this was far and away the best ramen we’ve had since we arrived in Japan. Wontons were delicious, eggs were perfect and the pork was fantastic. We ordered the meat soon. Skip google and ai and get here while there isn’t a line.

“Nikusoba Keisuke, just like the name says: noodles and meat.”
This is a strong soy sauce ramen, with grated ginger. It goes well with the meat that's on top. The noodles are nice too :) The egg was nicely done, but it's a bit overpowered by the broth. There was a little wait when I went for lunch, but nothing big though. Nice spot if you are in the area. The... creator wanted to come up with something reminiscent of shoyu ramen from the old days.
