　色々な味噌を使用した料理を味わえる店なのですが、何と言ってもそのレトロなたたずまいにはしびれます。 　大正昭和の商店の入口を思わせる外観と内部の造作は、まるで映画のセットの中にいるようです。 　お勧めはジビエ料理と三種の味噌でいただく盛合せ。 　とても美味しくて癖になりそうです。 It is a shop where you can taste dishes using various miso, but its retro appearance is wonderful anyway. It was lovely sitting at the bar facing the charcoal braziers sipping sake and eating delightful food in a very old style wooden space. Lots of things are marinated in superb quality miso. There is a menu in English but as usual that seems to miss a few things and we being stupid didn't learn any Ja...panese before we went. Still did okay and just selected a wide variety. Excellent, simple, but quality food.

お店自体は新しいのですが、昔の日本家屋風の造りで、内装、外観ともに洗練されておりおしゃれな雰囲気です。 一階はカウンター席になっていて、目の前で料理が作られるのを見ることができます。 ここは味噌を使った料理のお店で、たくさんの種類の味噌料理があり、どれもとてもおいしいです。日本酒の量も豊富です。 肉じゃがを頼んだところ、思っていたものと全く違った見た目で驚きましたが、このお店らしい味噌味の肉じゃがで、とてもおいしかったです。 The restaurant is clean and cosy, but looks like an traditional Japanese house which... is very nice to feel the old Japanese atmosphere. You can see the chef and staff members working in front of you if you sit the counter on the ground floor. You can enjoy various Miso dishes here. (As you may know Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning and one of the most important seasoning. The most popular way to use it is to use for Miso soup.) If you are interested in Miso, here may be the best place. You can also enjoy a lot of Sake. If you like Sake very much, you can choose the "All-you-can-drink" course and try various Sake in the fixed price as much as you can.
