The ...highlight for me was the Wagyu & Pork Sukiyaki Set — the beef was incredibly tender, melting in your mouth, while the pork had a beautiful sweetness. The broth, vegetables, tofu, and udon all worked together harmoniously. I also tried the Roast Beef Bowl (limited edition) — soft, juicy, and packed with flavor. After exploring Golden Gai in Shinjuku and having a few drinks, I started craving something hearty and decided to stop by this spot. It must have been around 2 a.m. when I walked in. I ordered the "Wagyu Double Shabu-Shabu." A set lets you enjoy twice the usual amount of premium wagyu beef. The ...thinly sliced meat released a rich aroma the moment it touched the hot broth, melting instantly on the tongue. Each bite highlighted the sweetness of the fat and the depth of flavor, perfectly balanced with the nutty sesame sauce and refreshing ponzu. Along with fresh vegetables, tofu, and noodles to finish, it was a full feast that left me completely satisfied without feeling heavy.

Came for lunch and loved it! This shabu-shabu spot lets you enjoy your own personal hot pot, so you can go at your own pace. The space is super calming-exposed brick, warm lighting, very chill. You can choose from wagyu beef, pork, or both, and dip it in rich sesame or refreshing ponzu sauce. A tot...al win in the heart of Shinjuku. Best part? They're open from noon to 5AM, and it's way more affordable thanI expected.

And when that hot pot lands on your table? That's when the magic starts. I ordered the wagyu shabu-shabu course, and wow. Each slice was paper-thin and marbled just right. Dip it in the broth for a few seconds and it melts like butter. The ponzu was sharp and citrusy, the sesame sauce rich enough to drink (no shame-I asked for seconds). The best part?
