The hair was taken away by a young female staff member. A middle-aged man came to excuse with sone pieces of burdock on a plate, saying, "It's not hair, it's burdock whiskers. I would never mistake hair for a burdock whiskers. If it was a burdock mustache, The female staff or I would have noticed i...t when I handed it to the female staff member. It was because it was hair that it took more than 5 minutes for the male staff to come to apologize. I should have taken a picture. But this kind of restaurant would never admit that it was their own staff's hair. So there is no point in taking a picture. All I can do was a DNA test? The hair that was mixed in was about 10 cm long. I have long hair, so it was not my hair either. I have had hair contamination before at another restaurant, but all the stores have sincerely apologized to me. This one did not admit fault. Probably, there will be no review of hygiene management. I suspect that hair contamination will continue to occur here in the future. Please be careful if you go to this restaurant. I will never go back. If this post is removed, Trip Advisor will be in the same boat. I hope at least trip advisor is not a cover up. 髪の毛が混入していました。気持ち悪かったです。 入っていた髪の毛は若い女性のスタッフが持っていきました。中年の男性が“髪の毛ではなく、ごぼうのヒゲです”と、わざわざお皿に乗せたごぼうを持って言い訳に来ました。 流石に髪の毛とごぼうのヒゲを間違えたりしません。ごぼうのヒゲならその女性スタッフに渡した時点で気づきますよね。髪の毛だからこそお詫びに来るまでに時間を５分以上も要したのではないですか？ 写真を撮るべきでした。でもこのお店なら自分達のスタッフの髪の毛だとは認めないでしょうね。そう考えると写真も意味はないので、もう術はないですね。尚、混入していた髪の毛は10センチ程度です。私はロングヘアなので私の髪の毛でもありません。 今までも髪の毛混入被害はありましたが、どこのお店も誠心誠意謝ってくれました。こちらは非を認めてくれません。恐らく、衛生管理の見直しもないでしょう。今後も髪の毛混入することが続くのではないでしょうか。このお店に行く方、気をつけてください。私は二度と行きません。 この投稿が削除されたら、Trip Advisor も同じ穴のムジナでしょうね。せめてtrip advisor は隠蔽体質でないことを祈ります。

Delicious Hokkaido food in the center of Ginza, Tokyo. There is the level of spicy and you can personalize your menu (kind of meat, soup, level of spicy and the size of rice), located on the Ground Floor. Always come here every month.

This small restaurant is downstairs in what looked like a slightly scruffy staircase. So glad we braved it! The restaurant had a real buzz and our curry soups were absolutely delicious. Very reasonably priced for excellent quality food, the chicken and vegetables were such good quality and you cou...ld taste each ingredient (and there were many). In total with 2 soup curries, rice, soy beans and 2 small beers it came to ¥3,570. The chef should be proud of what he is achieving.

Standard lunch with a bowl of vegetables + rice. Nice atmosphere. You can choose how spicy you like it. Short waiting time.
