“Strong disappointment”
Dear Kagurazaka Sushi Rin Team, I am writing regarding my reservation (Confirmation #2WGPND) on May 15. I would like to express my strong disappointment with how this situation has been handled. I contacted the restaurant as soon as possible to inform you that I was genuinely unwell due to suspect...ed food poisoning and unable to attend. Despite this, I was still charged 100% of the fee. While I understand that there is a cancellation policy in place, I find it very unreasonable that no flexibility or consideration was offered for a genuine medical situation. I believe that exceptional circumstances like this should be treated differently, especially when the customer acts responsibly and informs you immediately. This experience has left me feeling very upset and dissatisfied, particularly given the reputation and pricing of your restaurant. If no resolution or goodwill gesture is possible, I will unfortunately feel obliged to share my experience through online reviews, as I believe other customers should be aware of how such situations are handled. I sincerely hope you can reconsider your decision, either by offering a partial refund or allowing a future reservation credit. I look forward to your response. Giuliano
