“Amazing Food with a Fun Seasonal Theme”
I chose this place for dinner since it was close to the Tokyo train station, and I had a flight later that night. I booked my reservation online, where I paid for the 10-course dinner in advance. The price was around $120 per person. This restaurant specializes in seasonal French/Japanese cooking. T...he restaurant is in a building with a number of other restaurants. The atmosphere at the restaurant is calm and serene. Before the meal started, the man serving me brought out a tray with a whole bunch of unprepared foods on it, particularly fruits and vegetables. In addition to these, there was a glass fishbowl with a live fish (ayu, I believe) swimming in it. When the second course came out, the server said, “the fish was just swimming”. There were two prepared fish on the dish: one from the kitchen and the other from the bowl from the tray of ingredients. All the food was incredibly delicious and fresh, with a wonderful presentation. The pigeon meat tasted amazing. The highlight for me were the desserts. The server spoke excellent English and explained all the dishes thoroughly. For ten courses, the price of ~$120 per person was well worth it. I would definitely eat here again, as I am quite curious what other seasonal specialties the restaurant serves at other times during the year.

“Outstanding food”
Visited Plaiga on a business trip and had the degustation menu with wine pairing. The food was outstanding and so was the wine pairing. The food presentation was exquisite.
