“Traditional Tokyo ramen - A perfect example”
This was the first stop on our Ramen tour and I understand why. This restaurant, according to our guide, serves the perfect example of traditional Tokyo ramen. They have the Chuukasoba, Karami Chuuka and the Mori Chuuka. All of them were delicious, but be careful when you order the Karami Chuuka.... Unless you are used to exceptionally spicy foods, don't order above a 1. I like spicy but my tour guide told me to be safe and get a 1, and it was certainly spicy enough for me! If you want traditional Tokyo ramen, then this is the place for you.
