“Wholesome”
It was an experience. A wholesome interactions with the "bear hand" from order to receiving order. Received small gifts such as sticker, sweet and hand warmer. The highlight of the whole harajuku experience. Thank you!

“Amazing experience”
It was amazing. The “bear” was so accomodating, we ordered on the tablet, and then the bear interacted with us whilst making the coffees, giving us a coin to pull out a ball with a free gift, even got a free candy given by the bear hand and the coffee itself was delicious. 10/10 would recommend goin...g !

“If you go down into the woods of Japan today…”
Great fun, super interactive experience with a bear. Coffee and cakes super too. Each purchase seems to give a chance to win a free gift.

“Even better than expected!”
I love this cafe so much! We ordered a hot coffee and an iced coffee and the bear paw was even more interactive and easy to film than I had hoped for. I was surprised that it wasn’t crowded at all (only one man with his son behind us), but it was also about 2pm on a Tuesday. The coffee was good and ...the cafe was out of cream, but there is a tax free shop just around the corner where you can buy milk if you need it.

“Bear making coffee”
This place in nearby the Meiji Jingu. It is so unique and a little bit fun ordering and getting a coffee from a bear. The taste itself is surprisingly great, the mocha is tasty, a little too sweet but tasty. Everyone should try it.
