We had breakfast at **The Japanese Restaurant by The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko** during our stay, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The setting is calm and elegant, with large windows that let in beautiful natural light and views of the surrounding Nikko landscape. The traditional Japanese bre...akfast was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. Each dish felt balanced and fresh — from the grilled fish and seasonal vegetables to the delicate side dishes and perfectly cooked rice. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. Service was excellent as well. Our server, **Galih**, was a wonderful lady who always greeted us with a warm smile. She was attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her friendly attitude really made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable breakfast experience and a great introduction to Japanese morning cuisine. If you’re staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko, I would definitely recommend starting at least one morning here.
