“The best cuisine with the best hospitality”

A casual dinner of fine quality. A small Italian who collaborates with a couple and a couple with care and attentive worry. Assorted appetizer · Jelly of cold vegetables cocktail tomatoes · Smoked potatoes Genovese and Madoko · Sauteed squid and snap peas · Soup of chicken and mussel soup · Put the... pig's riot on the fried cabbage · Mango with raw ham None of this. Assorted appetizers with a special world feeling one by one. Warm and cold things, each one is served in one dish with the most delicious condition, when you enlarge the picture, you can see the detailed work of fine. It is the density and volume of ordinary shops that can be divided into 2 to 3 dishes. Pasta of hotflies and spring cabbage 【Exquisite】 Exquisite matching with Spring cabbage which the flesh of the firefly squid is transmitted firmly to the sauce and feels a refreshing blue taste. Roast pork Sanpe sauce The beautiful pink pork is soft and the taste of the meat is firmly out. In addition to the base sauce, sapphire sauce which was collected in the vegetable garden of the shop. Dolce · Strawberry ice cream ·Chocolate cake ---------- 最上級の料理を最高のホスピタリティで。上質なディナーをカジュアルに。職人魂と思いやりのある心配りを夫婦二人で協業する小さなイタリアン。 ◾️前菜盛り合わせ ・冷たい野菜カクテル トマトのジュレ ・ジャガイモのジェノベーゼとマダコの燻製 ・イカとスナップえんどうのソテー ・鶏肉と蕗アサリのスープ煮浸し ・豚のリエットを炒めたキャベツに乗せて ・生ハムを乗せたマンゴー どれもこれも。 一つ一つに特別な世界感のある前菜盛り合わせだ。温かいもの、冷たいもの、それぞれが一番美味しい状態で一皿に盛られている、写真を拡大すると、きめの細かい手業が見てとれる。普通のお店なら2-3皿に分けて出される位の密度とボリュームだ。 ◾️ホタルイカと春キャベツのパスタ【絶品】 ホタルイカの肝のコクがしっかりとソースに伝わって、爽やかな青味を感じる春キャベツと絶妙なマッチング。 ◾️ローストポーク 山椒ソース 綺麗なピンクのポークは柔らかく肉の味がしっかりと出ている感じ。ベースのソースに加え、お店の菜園で採れた山椒のソースを。これが、絶品。強い刺激を抑えつつ、独特の香りをしっかりと残している。個人的には去年の山椒ソースよりも、こちらが好きだ。これが豚の脂と物凄く良く合う。 ◾️ドルチェ ・苺のアイスクリーム ・チョコレートケーキ
