“Overall satisfactory meal!”
We were staying at this hotel and the restaurant is right on the basement, with other restaurants side-by-side to it. On one evening after our day tour, we decided to dine here for convenience as we were tired from the day's walking. It was past 7.15pm and the restaurant was quite crowded as office... staff from the nearby buildings came by here for gathering and meal after work and it could be quite "noisy with smoke from cigarettes filling the air". Fortunately for us, this only happened towards the end of our meal. After browsing through the menu, we decided to order the ramen and pork katsu set. Although there were Ipads that were used for ordering, a server came by to our table to take orders instead. Food were served quite promptly despite of the crowd and generally they were nice with reasonable big portion except that I found it a little over salty for the soup base of the ramen. Staff were generally polite (well, it happens everywhere in Japan especially in the service line) but I noticed of the lack of "smile" on the staff, especially the male staff who took our orders and also being the cashier. Maybe it was not his day. But our jar of drinking water was refilled (by him) automatically.

“Horrible service, not-so-great food”
I will never visit this restaurant ever again. The female staff was the rudest. Her sullen face spoilt my appetite and her attitude is really terrible. Also, the food was not nice at all. The gyoza and the other dishes we ordered were drenched in oil and did not taste good. Save yourself a heartach...e and go somewhere else - even instant noodles are better than this.

“Good, quick Chinese”
In the basement of the Washington hotel, you'll fine a half dozen small restaurants and this one popped up on my Yelp with positive reviews and we found it quick and good food with a Chinese, sort of, menu. Service is by iPad touch screen on the table, and everything we ordered came quickly, tasted... good and was reasonably priced. So yes, this is a good option for an informal meal if you're in the area.

“Delicious food, convenient location”
Love their shoyu ramen, gomoku ankake ramen (slurpp.. yummy) and also their famous gyoza, the price is decent though.. But they allowed people to smoke in this restaurant, for non-smoker better stay away to visit around 7pm - 9pm, many visitors are gentlemen who just back from office hang out with t...heir colleagues to chat while eating and they smoke alot.
