I went solo and it was perfect—no sharing, just pure, uninterrupted joy. Each piece felt like its own tiny masterpiece, building all the way up to the fatty tuna! The chef was warm, skilled, and quietly hilarious without even trying. The atmosphere was intimate but never intimidating, and the servi...ce had that magical timing where everything appears exactly when you need it. By the end, I considered applauding but settled for saying thank you far too many times. A truly unforgettable experience—go hungry and ready to fall a little in love with your food.
