My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Sushi Koshikawa during our first trip to Japan. I love sushi, but my husband is vegetarian, so it can be difficult to find restaurants in Tokyo that truly meet both of our needs. Sushi Koshikawa went above and beyond! My husband was thrilled with the though...tful vegetarian options, and I was able to enjoy incredible sushi alongside him. After our meal, the chef took time to chat with us, share his story, and learn a bit about ours, which made the evening feel even more personal and memorable. I highly recommend Sushi Koshikawa to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially if you're looking for a place that is both welcoming and accommodating without compromising on quality.
