“A Hidden Culinary Gem in Tokyo – Truly Unforgettable!”
I've visited Japan several times and absolutely love Japanese cuisine. This time, however, I wanted to try something a bit more unique, and that's how I came across *World Nature Farm NISHIAZABU*. I'm so glad I made a reservation — what an experience! This is a true hidden gem. Located on the secon...d floor of an unassuming building with no sign outside, you'd never guess there's a restaurant here. It's right on the well-known Roppongi Street, but the area is quiet with few nearby shops, and the entrance is quite dimly lit. As I climbed the stairs, I honestly started to wonder if the place was actually open. But when I finally found the door and opened it hesitantly, I was warmly greeted by the chef from the kitchen — a moment of relief and excitement! The restaurant is not very large, but the cozy wooden interior creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the course meal, and it was *fantastic*. There was no strong gamey flavor in the wild meats — everything was incredibly tender and flavorful. The house wine paired beautifully with the dishes, and the whole dining experience felt very well-balanced. It's clear that the chef takes great care in sourcing only the finest ingredients. The passion and attention to detail really shine through. I'll definitely be coming back next time I visit Japan. If you're interested in trying gibier (wild game) cuisine while in Japan, this place is a must-visit. Thank you so much for the wonderful meal! The total for two people was ¥29,000. Worth every yen.
