“Best Italian Food We've Had Anywhere, Including Italy!”
One of the three founders worked in a two-star Michelin restaurant in Sicily. He welcomes you to this small restaurant (about 6 tables) on the second floor of a small building in Ginza. There is no menu, instead the kitchen will create a meal based on what you'd like and today's fresh ingredients. T...he meats, vegetables and fruits arrive from small purveyors in one of the owner's home town in Western Japan. A combination of great cooking and the best ingredients make the food amazing. Dining here is a combination of dining in a friend's home and having a personal chef. Great wine list, very reasonable prices and a casual atmosphere made our meal a highlight of our trip to Japan.

“Highly recommended”
The visit start complicated because they offer a close menu for lunch and dinner and maybe a misunderstanding make me a little nervous than me being vegetarian I couldn’t eat anything in a Italian restaurant. But the owner Mr Ho Ke that speak a decent Italian solve the situation with an amazing spag...hetti Pomodoro e melanzane…. Il resto di noi enjoy the menu and a bisteca, very good. The end was to enjoy the limoncello a arancini farro per lui con GLI limone di Hiroshima… just amazing. Small restaurant but very close people…
