“Japanese Comfort Food”
In the 3 and a half years between our trip to Japan at the end of 2019 and our trip in March 2023, we could not stop talking about Yayoiken. So when we were in Tokyo again, we were only too eager to resume our love affair with this place. They have maintained their quality and continue to provide J...apanese comfort food in a very good ambience. They are open nearly 24 hours so their doors are always open if you come here early in the morning or late at night. I highly recommend this place for those who want no-nonsense but tasty comfort food.

“A Reliable Choice With Great Taste”
If you happen to be staying at Tobu Levant Hotel, Yayoiken will be of great interest to you. It is situated immediately across the street from the hotel and is the ideal place to grab a quick breakfast in the morning before you leave with the tour group. Most of the items in the menu are Japanese w...ith a few western food scattered here and there. You put your order in through a vending machine, it gives you a ticket that you give to the waiter, and then you wait for your food which comes in 10 minutes. My favorite food to get in this place is simple enough a bowl of white rice (free refills) and a piece of omelette with mayonnaise. The dishes here are nothing fancy but they are delicious and great to eat. You also get a pitcher of water with your food. To add to its appeal, this restaurant is open 22 hours (5 AM-3 AM). It’s great for an extremely early breakfast or an extremely late dinner as you return from tiring day touring Tokyo. Either way, could not recommend this restaurant enough.

“A nice quiet meal”
It was nice that they are open 24 hours so that we were able to get a full meal when we woke up. There were only two other people in the restaurant when we went in at 7am. The staff was very friendly and my ginger soup was wonderful!
