“Cash Only”
We are staying at Tokyo Prince Hotel. Only short walk. Fish tikka 780yen is cheapest than other curry we ordered. Biggest portion out of 3 dishes and delish. No gravy no where to hide. Chunky and well seasoned. Although I heard the kitchen microwave it. Only us in the restaurant in the evening. Ver...y quiet without music playing. We can hear the kitchen crystal clear. Mutton rara and chicken Do pyaza (both 1050yen) both gravy is gorgeous. When dig in, only 3 little cubes of meat. The rest is gravy. What a shame. Nan bread is fresh made. Heard the kitchen flipping. Though very sweet compare to other Indian restaurant. Saffron rice is Japanese grain. Not basmati. Very Japanese catered taste. Do serve wine and beer here. Our end bill was 6000yen with a bottle of wine. Bring your cash. No card payment.

“They know their curry!”
While in Japan, I've been surprised at the lack of "spicyness" of certain dishes; even many Indian restaurants that offer spicy curry are really lackluster. However, this place can make their curry spicy! And not just spicy, but spicy with flavor, something that I haven't really found in Japan. My... wife and I were planning on going to another Indian restaurant, but we found this little hole-in-the-wall on our travel, and decided to stop in. Now, we're glad that we did!
