Hitachino Brewing Shinagawa

常陸野ネストビールで醸造されたクラフトビールが楽しめるレストランですが、どちらかと言えばカフェのような注文形式及び内部構造になっています。品川ecute内にあり、隣の店舗（本屋など）との明確な仕切りがないことから、大衆居酒屋のように騒いだ客は一人もおらず、ビールが提供されるお店ではありますがカフェのような心地いい雰囲気を醸し出しています。 注文カウンターで事前に注文及び会計する必要があります。一部の料理やドリンクは会計と同時に提供されますが、それ以外は客席に着席後、スタッフが給仕してくれます。給仕される料理は、茨城の名産である牛肉などの肉類や野菜などを使った料理で、ハンバーガー等の一品料理がほ...とんどです。見た目は特徴的なところはほとんどないハンバーガーですが、バンズやパティもしっかり拵えられて最後まで美味しくいただくことができます。主に給仕されるドリンクがビールであるからか、（状況にも寄りますが）コーヒーを始めソフトドリンクがワイングラスで給仕されることがあります。 カフェスタイルのレストランでありながら比較的夜遅くまで営業しているため、仕事帰りに小腹が空いた時に利用するといいでしょう。 This restaurant offers craft beer brewed by Hitachino Nest Beer, but the ordering format and internal structure is more like a cafe. Located in the Shinagawa ecute, there is no clear separation between the restaurant and the neighboring stores (bookstore, etc.), so there are no noisy customers like in a public izakaya, creating a comfortable cafe-like atmosphere even though beer is served in the restaurant. It's necessary to order and pay in advance at the order counter. Some dishes and drinks are served at the same time as the bill, but other dishes are served by the staff after the customers are seated. Most of the dishes served are made from Ibaraki's famous beef and other meats and vegetables, and is usually an a la carte dish such as a hamburger. The hamburgers are not very distinctive in appearance, but the buns and patties are well prepared and delicious to the last bite. Because beer is the main drink served, coffee and other soft drinks are sometimes served in wine glasses (depending on the situation). Although it is a cafe-style restaurant, it is open relatively late in the evening, so it is a good place to go when you are hungry after work.
