KATSUYA Kamatanishiguchi

蒲田駅西口から徒歩1分程度のところにあるかつやです。席数は30席程度で、その多くがカウンター席です。ほとんどが単身での利用であるため、グループで楽しく会話をしながら食事をする目的での利用にはあまりお勧めしません。 提供される料理の種類や質は、他のかつやと遜色ないように思います。スタッフの接客対応も、マニュアル化されているものの決して不愉快なところはなく、少なくとも夜間利用であってもはきはきとした声で接客対応するスタッフもいました。 ほとんどの利用客が黙々と食事をするものの、場所柄かガラの悪い客もいて不愉快に感じることがあります（特に夜間）。そんな中であってもスタッフは懸命に接客していると見受け...られますが、少なくとも蒲田駅界隈で真っ先にお勧めするレストランではありません。 This branch of Katsuya is located about a one-minute walk from the west exit of Kamata Station. It has around 30 seats, most of which are counter seats. Since the majority of customers dine alone, it's not particularly suitable for groups who want to enjoy a meal while chatting. The menu options and food quality are consistent with other Katsuya locations. The staff follow standard service procedures, but their manner is not unpleasant; even during evening hours, some staff members greeted customers in a clear and lively voice. While most customers eat quietly, the area around Kamata Station can attract patrons with rough manners, which may feel uncomfortable - especially at night. Even so, the staff seem to do their best to provide good service. Overall, however, this is not the restaurant I would recommend first when dining around Kamata Station.
