“Excellent and attention to detail”

Granted, I’m not a tempura expert by any measure. That said, I’ve never had more fresh tempura with absolute attention to detail. Each course is cooked only when you are ready and exactly when you are ready. The chefs work behind a counter and explain things clearly for foreigners who don’t know wha...t they are doing. Food tasted amazing with the perfect balance of simplicity and flavor. A truly great dining experience.
