“The waiter was calm and confident”
That day, after chatting with my friend for a while, we finally made our way to Beef Professional in Asakusa. Each cut of wagyu told its own story — the tongue melted gently on the palate, tender and delicate; the steak was rich and smooth, its flavor lingering softly. Every bite invited you to slo...w down and savor the moment. The waiter was calm and confident, attentive yet never intrusive, making the entire dining experience feel effortlessly relaxed. When we stepped out of the restaurant, my heart felt light and free. Maybe next time, I’ll return with the same friend again, perhaps just to celebrate one of life’s small.

“Kagoshima beef”
Just about a 5-minute walk from Asakusa Station, Beef Professional is located on a quiet street inside a building with a pig-themed cafe on the ground floor. After spending the day in Asakusa with a friend, we decided to try this place for yakiniku. We chose the top-tier Kira Course ¥15,000 and adde...d the free flow for ¥2,000. The Kagoshima beef was excellent perfectly balanced between lean and marbled, rich in flavor without being too greasy. The thick-cut tongue and Chateaubriand were especially delicious. I also loved the fun idea of rubbing the meat on a slab of rock salt after grilling. I usually eat quite a lot, so I was a bit worried the portions might be small, but it turned out to be very satisfying. The semi-private seating was comfortable and relaxing, making it a great spot to enjoy a slow, high-quality yakiniku meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, cozy yakiniku experience in Asakusa.

“Premium Wagyu Course Just Steps from Asakusa Station!”
Gyu no Tatsujin Asakusa is located just a 1-minute walk from Asakusa Station and Kaminarimon Gate—an ideal stop for travelers. The interior features a calm, traditional Japanese style that offers an authentic local dining experience. We had the Kira Course (¥15,000), which includes Kagoshima Kuroge... Wagyu cuts like Chateaubriand, top-grade tongue, and salt-crusted lean beef—each dish carefully crafted and beautifully presented. The meal ended with seasonal claypot rice with matsutake mushrooms and sea bream, bringing a rich taste of Japanese autumn. The staff was friendly and helpful, and English communication was smooth. Highly recommended for visitors looking to enjoy authentic, top-quality Wagyu in Asakusa!

“High-Quality Wagyu and Exceptional Service”
I ordered the 15,000-yen course, and it was an excellent dining experience. Recently, I have found that wagyu beef tends to be too fatty and heavy, so I can’t usually eat much. However, the wagyu served here was of such high quality that I was able to enjoy every bite until the end without feeling o...verwhelmed. The variety of meats included in the course was impressive, and considering the quality and selection, I think the price is quite reasonable. Each dish was carefully prepared and beautifully presented, highlighting the natural flavor of the ingredients. The staff provided exceptionally attentive and thoughtful service throughout the meal, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Thanks to their hospitality, my friend and I had a truly pleasant and memorable time. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a refined yet satisfying wagyu experience in Japan.
