“Excellent food and great value”
Visited the restaurant while travelling for work on recommendation of others. You wont be disappointed. The food was very good quality, a lot of choice, very tasty and very reasonably priced. I had two curries, as they are small bowls (tapas style) with rice, salad and the freshest cooked bread.... Everything is prepared in front of you. The restaurant doesn't look very up market, café style, but the food is excellent. Alcohol was good value too. The staff don't speak a lot of English, however the menu is easy to follow with spice levels and number of curries. Give it a go you wont be disappointed!

“Basic Indian food for foreigners and Japanese”
This simple restaurant in a convenient, strip-mall area, near the station provides simple, basic, traditional dishes you would find at almost any other Indian restaurant in Japan. In the 3-4 times I have eaten here, and the 50x I’ve walked by, I have never seen a family or individual from that par...t of the world inside (ie Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi), even though there’s a considerable number of these individuals living in the area. The customers are primarily Japanese, and a smattering of Westerners, some from the US military base nearby. I’m not saying that’s good or bad, just stating a fact. We choose ‘a set’, enjoy the tandoori, naan and variety of curries. We walk away satisfied, with our stomachs full. But it’s nothing remarkable or out of the ordinary. There’s no extra special attention or added little perks that sometimes come entering an Indian restaurant in Japan.
