“Cultural shock”
Amazing atmosphere, great food, but very small servings, the place was hectic and loud, a true cultural shock to most!!

“The best food for a long time”
While staying in the area we met friends and had dinner at Teppen. A very nice restaurant with nice obliging staff I must say we are a fair bit of food between seven of us and every dish was absolutely delicious, Could not fault one dish that we had. This has got to be one of the best restaurants I... have eaten at . It was very busy so obviously very popular and easy to see why. Highly reccomende

“Excellent first impression and sudden disappointment at the end”
We decided to stop by at this restaurant and have a quick dinner as we walked around and saw nice interior, open fire on grill etc - so atmosphere were attractive, the food was delicious, and stuff was very friendly. So we join to all great comments given above about the food and atmosphere. ...BUT...... we were really disappointed when we checked our bill and additional 840 yen appeared in there. We asked the waiter about it and we were replied that 840 yen is a price of appetizer that we were offered. 840 yen for one tiny plate with 3 little pieces of redish and 2 pieces of ginger for 2 persons?! Without prior notice? Really? I have no other definition to this as a "fraud".

“100% recomend! Fantastic resturant”
Super friendly energetic staff! So kind and helpfull and the food was incredible. The atmosphere made it an unforgetable experience. All the meat was juicy and tender and flavour in abundance. Would recomend this resturant to anyone who visits Shibuya :)

“A MUST when in Japan”
This place is perfect for drinking and eating and an amazing atmosphere. For travelers coming to Japan you must come to this spot! You can order the set menu and all you can drink course for 2 hours. Yes that means you can drink as much as you like for 2 hours!!! If you want to add more time then ...just add half an hour for 500 Yen. The food is also so delicious and a big big range! So you will try lots!! fave was the Nabe then when you add rice. Just wow!! The service is also AMAZING! A friend is vegetarian and they went to the effort of going to the restaurant next door to cook her vegetables because they do not serve vegetarian dishes!!! We had the most amazing night and will go back again!!
