“Garlicky ”
If you like garlic steak this is pretty good to decent, but service could definitely be better. Waitress was not attentive, our order was messed up — food did not come out together.

“Food was garlicky, service could be better”
I liked my spicy garlic beef steak and my wife her Spanish style steamed sautéed garlic clam with garlic. What we did not like was the lack of any side options and when we asked staff was no help. We only wanted rice or something for my wife to better enjoy the clam broth. I did like that they took ...care of adding my garlic to my dish at the table. The sangria was pretty tasty.

“I got hungry, and left Vampire proof!”
Location, location, location and Garlic Jo's has it - smack dab in front of the escalator coming from Minatomirai station. But that's not the reason to visit, garlicky food is, conversation de danged! I hadn't been back here in a whiles, so decided to get a quick bite before checking in to my ho...tel for the weekend. The garlic & ginger slathered pork chop sounded just right, and the recommended spicy cheese garlic bread spot on. Mind you, the garlic bread serving is for two, but my tummy didn't mind, and I didn't have to speak with anyone other than my Corona beer. I must say I haven't had such a supple and tasty cut of oink in a while, so I was really in hog heaven - and that was to start my day. Highly Recommended! The place has been around a while, but it's clean, rustic and efficient while the taste and quality of food seems only gotten better with time. I will be back, vampires beware!

“Worth a Visit”
Even though my friend and I wanted to eat Japanese food, we allowed our local friend to convince us to try Garlic Joe's. We were not disappointed. We shared three dishes and they were fabulously flavored. None of us had that garlic breath you worry about after eating a lot of garlic and the next ...morning, I couldn't tell I had consumed a lot of garlic the night before (like when I eat Greek garlicky tzatziki that I make).

“Surprising Garlic treat”
We were afraid approached the entrance of the restaurant. The strong garlic smell was everywhere. We ordered the recommended set for 2 plus a few extra for the 4 of us (2 kids). An excellent meal. I thought it would be an overkill of garlic, and it worked out well. Great dinner.
