The hairy crab was time consuming, and we just stuck to delicious king crab after that. After 90 minutes and taking our time, we were stuffed (and we can eat)! The tempura crab and prawn were also worth it. We thought 7500¥+tax each was a very good price for how much kani king crab we ate. I was h...esitant after reading reviews, but I’m glad we went. Oh, and servers spoke minimal English but that’s expected in Japan. Pointing fingers at signs and showing how many you want works just fine, and they were all very nice and efficient.

my family purchased the highest tier of all you can eat. each higher tier will have additional dishes, but seriously choosing the lower tier is enough.. and it looks like the crab courses they have are very worth it too. My family spent a bomb there by choosing highest tier buffet.

The crabs are good! The restaurant is right opposite to Sapporo Tokyu Rei Hotel. The meals were big and we ate a lot of crabs with unlimited offer in 90 minutes.

This place is not easy to find. Follow Google map to building F-45, then take the elevator to Level 12. Before going there, I was a little worried due to the number of poor reviews I've read before. However, perhaps we were lucky or maybe it wasn't the peak holiday season/dinner time when we went ...(11 Dec 2019, 9pm), we didn't encounter any bad experience at all. We went for the (you guessed it)..."All you can eat" crabs only set. On the first serving, they gave a mix of snow crabs, king crabs and hairy crab. After finishing our first round, we ordered a 2nd round. This time we were given a choice of the type of crabs. We went for 2x snow and 2x king crabs (hairy crab is too much of a hassle and time consuming to peel lol). The serving came promptly. By end of 2nd round, we were pretty much full. I ordered a last round of 1x king crab. As far as I can tell, the crabs are fresh. And tasty. I'd recommend this place based on my experience.

First of all, I would like to say the staffs were very polite. Although they can only speak little English, they try to understand and explain. Based on review the Japanese menu has this 3500yen course but I check with the staff it don’t come with crab. So with 2 adults and 2 teenagers we ordered 2... sets of 4500yen course and add 2 king crab legs, 2 chawanmushi and rice porridge with crab. We were too full when the sushi and tempura came. Unless u really want to go for more crab then go for buffet. If not the course allow u to try other dishes that they prepare with crab. As for direction, alight at Susukino station, exit 2. Walk straight and u will reach F-45 building 5-8mins. Go to level 12.
