Hokkaidoryori Yukku Shinchitose Airport

Service was horrible, especially considering that they are located in an international airport that caters to foreign visitors. My wife and I tried to get a table for two for lunch last week. We entered the establishment and patiently waited for a staff member to notice us standing in the entryway.... There was no one else in the entryway. A female staff member eventually appeared and asked us how many there were in our group. We replied two. She went back into the restaurant to presumably look for an open table. A male staff member in a dress shirt and tie, who appeared to be a manager, then appeared, and without greeting us or saying a single word, rudely gestured with his hands for us to exit the empty entryway as if he was chasing away some vagabond. My wife and I guessed that he wanted us to wait outside, even though we were being helped by a female staff member and there was no one else in the entryway. I have been to Sapporo four times in the last two years and this was by far the worst service I have ever received.

This is my fourth visit to this restaurant. The choices are attractive, the price is reasonable and the quality is good. You can always pack your tummy full before boarding. It ha become the must-visit for my Hokkaido trip

Yuuku is not located in the food court. They have great seasonal menus with the freshest ingredients. Sake and toro were very good in our lunch set. Seats fill up fast but wait time is short as the service is very good and food comes quick

Dinner here was good value for money...and the choice? We ordered the No 1 and 2 samplers as we thought we should get another taste of Hokkaido food before we depart. Great, in variety, tastes, freshness and value! This place is highly recommended for indulgence on numerous vareity of fresh food o...f Hokkaido before a flight departure. Who dont like Hokkaido food?

Overall, Chitose Airport is a nice, clean and well-designed airport. It provides many options for dining as well.
