Steak&Wine Ishizaki

I was a little late because these Japanese restaurants are so hard to find sometimes. You have to go into this secluded building and take an elevator the the 4th floor. It's ok thought. As soon as I got there I was greeted by literally everyone. I didn't even know it but I guess I booked my own pers...onal room, which was nice. My chef, Osaka Hyuma, was very polite and attentive. The food was nothing short of great. The waygu was delicious everything that went along with it, he prepared masterfully. Cost is a little on the high end but I don't mind paying if I deem it worth it. Food, atmosphere, service were all top notch.

Detail background check and well prepared service, my family and I had a really great visit. My parents had a wonderful thirty year anniversary celebration with great cuisine and excellent room service. Osaka, Hyuma is our chef who gives us the best experience of the day.

The service is really good, Osaka Hyuma cooked really well and will chat with you even ur a foreigner. Recommend all the couples to come! Good to celebrate.

Walk in to have dinner. Good service and food, delicious! A good place to have dinner in Sapporo.
