From breeding to processing, this restaurant's own company manages beef enjoyed as the rare "Ezo Tajima gyu" steak. "Yaki-shabu," the fresh, thinly-cut Japanese beef quickly toasted before your eyes, as well as the "Chilled Roast Beef," a roasted whole cut of beef, are both very popular! Seats for six to eight surrounding an iron grill are available, in addition to counter seating where you can view the neon of Susukino. We do tend to run out of seating, so reservations beforehand come recommended.
