“One star based on just lunch/dinner, four stars if based on breakfast only”
Basically a pretty bad restaurant for a supposedly good hotel chain! Breakfast buffet was excellent with many of choices and the egg chef was great. I have never seen so much attention paid to two fried eggs. There were plenty of Japanese and Western choices. However, my dinner was awful even t...hough I ordered some expensive dishes including a strange shrimp appetizer with shrimp and vegetables swimming in oil with no seasoning, and then Japanese beef entree, which is okay but small portion. The staffs speak little English so things went pretty badly. I don't recommend it and won't return if I stay at this Crowne Plaza again.

“Great selection ”
We had both lunch and dinner here and enjoyed both. Had ala carte for lunch and the Chow Mein was the pick. Had the half buffet for dinner and the food was excellent. Even the house wine was good. Food was inexpensive for the size and quality.

“Great food”
Went here each morning during our stay at ANA Crowne Plaza as brekky was included. Great staff, good coffee (Douwe Egbert). Good spread of food from western to Japanese. Egg chef cooks eggs or omelette to your liking. Good way to start the day each day before travelling into Sapporo or the airport....

“Good breakfast spread”
Haskap has a very good breakfast buffet catering to Asian and international guests .. I actually did not get tired of the food offered despite having them for 3 mornings because of the variety of food spread on the buffet table ..from the appetizers to the main course and dessert ..I particularly e...njoyed the omelette and how it was prepared on the spot ..
