“Super tasty Unagi”
Must try for people who love Unagis. Their Unagi is so soft and tasty! It goes great with a beer as well. Waiters were also very friendly

“素材が生きたお料理”
季節にふさわしい素材をコースで頂きました。よい素材をいかす調理が施され、素直に美味しいお料理でした。アルコールのメニューが幅広く、価格がお手頃であればさらによかったです。サービスもより一層の気配りを期待します。 Pleasantly surprised by fine dishes! Will be much better with more alcohol options and attentive services. Looking forward to visiting this place again.

“Nice Kaiseki - worth trying”
We chose this restaurant after seeing recommendation in newspaper. It is in the Susukino area and easy to find. It is a house nestled among tall buildings When the two if us arrived, we were shown to a hugh room with nice decoration. It was the biggest room we have ever had for dinner. We were ...told that there was a small garden outside the room. It was designed that you can see the zen Japanese garden without seeing the tall buildings around. But snow destroyed some plants and so they closed the windows. Otherwise, it would be nice watching snow flying outside. Service was excellent even thgough staff did not speak much English. The Japanese hospitality overcame the language barrier. The manager who spoke English came by to greet us and explain some dishes. Food was delicate as other kaiseki courses. It was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. While we were enjoying, we were wondering how big a hole it was going to burn. Reservation was made way before we came to Sapporo through the hotel. We did not ask about price. Ending up, we were told that the hotel did not order the most expensive set and the dinner was very reasonable. Even though Kaiseki is not supposed to be famous in Hokkaido, if you want a relaxing and peaceful evening, I would strongly recommend this restaurant.
